I was originally born in Romania. Even though I loved literature, hard choices had to be made, and I followed the STEM path. I moved to the United States in 1991 after the socialist regime fell. Currently, I am a Systems Engineer by day, enthusiastic writer by night, and scholar of the craft in between.

I am a member of SCBWI, a student at Storyteller Academy, the Institute of Children's Literature, and Gotham Writers.
