Caragh Medlicott

BIOGRAPHY

Caragh Medlicott is a freelance writer and Associate Editor for Wales Arts Review. After graduating with a First-Class degree in English Literature and an MA in Creative Writing from Cardiff University she began a full-time writing career in Cardiff. She has particular interest in critical writing, short stories and flash fiction that explores the minute magic of culture, place and identity. Previous short stories have appeared in The Cardiff Review and Parthian's Cheval 12 anthology.

He steals with swift, simple hands in the yellow Roman sun. The crowds are bulging, swollen, and he bobs amongst them as silent as a jellyfish.
