Dan lives in Texas, USA, and travels frequently throughout the country and the world, which affords him great opportunity for observation of peoples of many cultures. He has published several short stories and completed two novels, neither of which, sadly, have been discovered yet. He enjoys spending time with people who live just off the grid of 'normal' society, and writing about how they get by in a world they prefer to have little to do with.
