Hilary Jenkins is addicted to tea and swimming in the sea, two passions she finds it difficult to combine. She writes poetry and short stories, and is finishing a novel about seaweed. This summer she completed her MA Creative Writing at the University of Sussex. Hilary lives in Kent and works in London for the British Council Arts Group.
