The Wolf in Sheep's Clothing

A Wolf found great difficulty in getting at the sheep owing to the vigilance of the shepherd and his dogs. But one day it found the skin of a sheep that had been flayed and thrown aside, so it put it on over its own pelt and strolled down among the sheep.

The Lamb that belonged to the sheep whose skin the Wolf was wearing began to follow the Wolf in the Sheep's clothing. So, leading the Lamb a little apart, he soon made a meal off her - and for some time he succeeded in deceiving the sheep, and enjoying hearty meals.

Appearances are deceptive.

It’s a good story to make sure people how to fit the real society life. The wolf can wear the sheep’s skin and sneak into the group of sheep, it means all the sheep enjoy easy life all the time. That’s big problem in everywhere with everyone so we must pay attention to the fable’s moral

When I was young, I read this story. At that time I thought, sheep was so foolish. But now I understand moral of this story. People judge a person easily by appearance. But its very bad. Things are not always what they seem to be.

It is one famous fable in the world. It although is a animal story, it points to the human life. Some people like this wolf does any thing for their purpose. So we should be careful them.

Yes, it is true that some beautiful outside is deceiving. It doesnt mean that when they are already pretty outside they are also good in their inside(innerself). The thing is we should not judge others by there physical appearance. Always remember, there are only two choices, that that beauty, may be good or misleading us. So we better be careful who to give our trust. What is more important is good character of a person.

"The Wolf in Sheeps Clothing", written by Aesop
The moral on this stories is " Dont believe just others appearances." In my opinion that is a good moral for today, because nowadays we must not judge a person be his appearance, we shouldnt trust people from what they look like because we dont know what they are thinking about, sometimes we need to look deep into ourselves.
In this story, the lamb easily believe the wolf in sheeps pelt. As a result, he is eaten by the wolf. If the lamb conduct carefully, he can escape to die, so we have to be more careful because appearance is not everything, many people use their good looking appearance to swindle others, for example: stars.

I think this fable has a good moral specially nowadays.Anyone can be trick easily by peoples appearance. Therefore, any individual have to be awarethat a good appearance doesnt tell you how are the persons fellingsor what are his thoughts. Unfortunately,it is difficult trust in peoplejust looking them, so we should be careful talking an strange.Bad things always can happen.

This fables teaching me to something.
That is inside is more important than appearances.
Mind of people is important Friendship .
We dont know mind of people.
So, we should be careful at friendship.

I liked this fable. I think it is very interesting. It’s a good fable, very easy to understand, its teach people to not trust anybody. Anyone can be trick easily by peoples appearance. Unfortunately, it is difficult trust in people just looking them. You must be careful when you meet someone. But I think sometime you can lose the chance to meet interesting people if you make careful very much. 4 stars.

This is a half story. It is about cheating by wolf only. But it does not tell what happened to the wolf for cheating. This goes like this- the wolf eats daily one sheep and the number of sheep decrease. The shepherd is doubtful. One day some guests come to his home. To have dinner he chooses a fat sheep from the herd, that was the wolf. He learns whatis going on. He beats the wolf black and blue and perhaps kill the wolf

I like this simply understandable story. Remarkable appearances are easy to be paid attention, so the wolf couldnt get his food at first. However, he luckily found the skin of a sheep, got the way of hiding his existence. I think deception of appearances is one of wisdom in the natural world. For example, a chameleon changes the colors of his skin for getting a bag, or beatiful butterfly camouflages using opposite side of wings.

Dont decide good or bad when you first time to see him/her/it.You must know more about he/she/it. You must try to understand more about he/she/it.And after that, you can decide he/she/it is bad or good.Dont look at skin(outside). You should see the blood(inside)

"The Wolf in Sheeps clothing" of La Fontaine is a great fable. I imagine that the scene arrived in a pleasant mountain in a morning. La Fontaine used animals characters to make a good comparison with human characters. This fable learns us how to be careful with people, especially with strangers. A person can take any appearance to trick you.It also invites us to make a diffirence between reality and appearance. For example, someone who knows about your habits can try to be similar to you and hurt you. Everybody must be careful...!

This story is so scared to me.
Someone just think little of this story.
But to me, this story is so violent.
The wolf, in this story, who is looks like clever.
But in my opinion, he is murder.

It’s a good fable to let me know about the moral.
Even I did know the fable, but I still always trust everyone.
Don’t be easy to trust that you see.
Don’t forgot to keep prevent with others.
The most dangerous place is the safest place.

The wolf, who weared the skin of a sheep, seemed to be so wise. And I think shepherd and his dogs are too silly. Although the wolfs apperance is sane with sheeps. There may be some weird things. So I think it doenst make sense. Anyway a moral of this story is definite and important.
