BIOGRAPHY
I am a psychotherapist, musician and blogger in East Greenwich, RI. I received a Master's in Social Work in 1976, and started a private practice when I was a stay-at-home Dad from 1985-1990. I was a performing singer-songwriter from 1989-2000, and performed a show called Love Songs of the Swing Era from 2004-2014. I have recorded three albums. I write a blog called My Two Cents: Thoughts of a Small Town Therapist (smalltowntherapist.com), and am a guest contributor to speedendurance.com, a track and field website. I am married with one son and three Grandchildren, and have a dog, four cats, six chickens, and two parakeets. Following aortic valve surgery in 2014 I began studying jazz and blues improvisation on my electric guitar. "If the Shoe Fits" is my first story.
