Ken Elkes (who writes as KM Elkes) lives and works in the West Country, UK. Since he began writing seriously in 2012 he has been published in more than 20 anthologies and won (or been placed) in a number of international writing competitions including Fish Publishing, The Bridport Prize, Aesthetica Creative Writing Award and Bristol Short Story Prize. His stories have appeared in literary magazines such as Structo, Litro, Brittle Star, The Forge, Bare Fiction and Synaethesia Magazine. And his work has been used on school curricula in Hong Kong and the USA. He is currently Editor of The A3 Review arts magazine and tweets via @mysmalltales.
